Knox-Henderson is named for two streets that cross Central Expressway, north of downtown Dallas near the SMU Campus. It's the perfect place to park your car and stroll from shop to shop - everything is within walking distance.

On the west side, Knox Street boasts a variety of restaurants as well as unique furniture stores and antique galleries. Anchor stores include Crate & Barrel, Pottery Barn, Restoration Hardware, Smith & Hawken, Weir's along with a spicy collection of eclectic boutiques.

Henderson Street, on the east side of Central, has restaurants and clubs and is known for its own selection of small antique shops and galleries.

Just minutes from downtown, Knox-Henderson is one of Dallas' oldest shopping districts. The area was revitalized in the mid-1990s and many of the original 1920s storefronts remain.
